Designed for residents, the Wine Bar is an exclusive venue that can host a variety of events and features a unique service of offering personal wine storage spaces within individual wine cellars, specially designed to ensure quality and safety. The design is distinguished by the refined use of local materials and furnishings, carefully selected to create a sophisticated, welcoming and visually impactful environment. At the center of the space, a spiral staircase connects the two floors, fluidly integrating the environments from both a physical and perceptual perspective. The second floor is enhanced by an iconic Baxter chandelier, positioned above the staircase, celebrating the elegance of Italian design. The lower floor welcomes visitors with tables, relaxation areas and an open kitchen, ideal for events and show cooking. The atmosphere is made even more special by the presence of a piano, which ensures that elegant live performances can be hosted, adding a musical touch to the experience.<\/p>\n
