Casa Mait\u00f3 aims to represent a new hotellerie concept by offering a unique and sclusive hospitality experience with its seven suites and numerous common areas designed with refinement and style.\u00a0 The hotel covers a total area of 1950 square meters spread over five floors, four of which are above ground and one basement: on the entrance floor are the main rooms dedicated to socializing, including the lobby, bar, restaurant and lounge rooms. The restaurant has seven indoor and two outdoor tables that can seat four people, and a striking 110-cm-high aperitif table above a glass floor that allows views of the spa pool located in the basement.<\/p>\n
The three intermediate floors house the ten suites, each designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. The basement level, on the other hand, is entirely dedicated to wellness, with a spa equipped with a swimming pool, sauna, massage area and spaces for beauty treatments. The ground floor is also home to the kitchen, powered exclusively by electricity and equipped with Industry 4.0-compliant BMS technologies. The kitchen, organized into two functional areas, is served by two freight elevators that connect it directly to the tasting room located on the second floor and the kitchen-pastry shop located on the mezzanine.<\/p>\n
The tasting room on the second floor repeats the number of stations of the restaurant on the ground floor, with the addition of fifty wine cellars and a private area, clad in steel and amber glass, ideal for hosting a multimedia room, for TV or video conferencing, or for creating a more intimate and exclusive setting. This space is enriched by two side terraces overlooking Marconi Square and a large terrace covered entirely in marble, overlooking the sea, where there are two large tables and relaxing furniture perfect for moments of conviviality.<\/p>\n
The rooms are connected by a dramatic staircase embellished with an art installation by Gustavo V\u00e9lez, which adds a touch of contemporary elegance.
