Altana Park View Residence in Tirana stands out as an innovative example of residential architecture of the Albanian capital. Designed with the idea of encouraging visual permeability and integration with its surroundings, the building features two large openings that run through the structure, accommodate trees, and allow glimpses of the view behind. Located in close proximity to the lake, a natural feature of great value to the city, Park ViewResidence is strategically located near other projects completed by the firm, including the National Stadium of Albania. The building takes its facade theme from the latter, characterized by pointed prisms that frame the view, creating a binocular-like effect. The interior spaces are designed to offer a unique visual experience, enhancing the relationship between the dwelling, urban and natural landscape.<\/p>\n
Another distinctive element of the project is the arrangement of balconies, which surround the entire perimeter of the building. These spaces are designed not only as vantage points over the landscape, but also as living areas, with sufficient depth to be used in multiple ways.<\/p>\n
The base of the building accommodates commercial spaces and residence access areas, while the intermediate floors house flats and condominium areas featuring gardens and trees, thus integrating natural elements directly into the structure.
