The design of the new Magazzini Bracchi showroom, located in the historic heart of Florence on Via delle Terme, stems from the desire to create an exhibition space capable of interacting with the strong identity of the location without compromising its architectural nature. Set in an extraordinary setting, with frescoed rooms and vaulted ceilings, the project focused exclusively on interior design, leaving the original structure intact but enriching it with a contemporary language.<\/p>\n
The key element of the project is the addition of black metal sheet paneling, which runs continuously between the floor and walls. This element creates a fluid and coherent path, becoming the visual and narrative thread of the entire showroom. In addition to harmoniously connecting the rooms, the metal band also has technical and practical functions: it widens in some places to cover fan coils, integrate lighting, or become a decorative element, while always maintaining formal and aesthetic consistency.<\/p>\n
Great attention has been paid to the selection and combination of materials. The floor has been treated as an active display surface, with marble, cement tile, and parquet inserts that showcase the variety of finishes offered by the company, providing visitors with an immersive and refined material sampling experience. This choice allows the materials to be shown in their actual use, enhancing their textures, colors, and combinations.<\/p>\n
The custom-made fixed furnishings are designed as true scenographic elements, constructed with precious materials: refined marbles, glass decorated with different techniques, metals with sophisticated finishes. Each piece contributes to creating an elegant and functional environment, where detail takes center stage.<\/p>\n
