In a predominantly industrial setting, characterized by a mix of buildings and an architectural landscape often lacking a distinct identity, the project opts for a simple, recognizable, and highly distinctive design gesture. A large canopy made of Corten steel stretches along the main facade, defining a new threshold and giving the entire complex a unified and instantly recognizable presence.<\/p>\n

Inside, the renovation translates this new identity into a contemporary functional system. The spaces house a state-of-the-art production process, organized according to criteria of efficiency and rationality, alongside operational and executive offices. The production aspect coexists with the more representative and relational aspects, in a project that aims to make the company\u2019s entire journey transparent\u2014from production to management, right through to hospitality.<\/p>\n
Rounding out the architectural program are the new barrel cellar and restaurant\u2014currently in the design phase\u2014intended to reinforce the Acetaia\u2019s role not only as a production facility but also as a place of experience and storytelling. The project thus seeks to transcend the traditional separation between industrial space and representative space, creating an environment where visitors can engage with the culture, materials, and history of balsamic vinegar.<\/p>\n
The new Acetaia Due Vittorie thus takes the form of a regeneration project in which the architecture does not seek an autonomous form, but rather builds a new identity based on what already exists.
