On Thursday, October 30, 2025, Archea Associati’s Brazilian office hosted the Construindo Juntas (Women in Construction) group for an inspiring meeting on female leadership in architecture and construction.

The event, led by Olivia Argentini, head of Archea Associati’s Brazilian office, together with architects Amanda Reis and Cíntia Akemi, brought together extraordinary professionals from the sector to share experiences, discuss challenges, and strengthen support networks among women who are building the future in this sector.

It was a morning of authentic connections, learning, and inspiration, combining the international perspective of Archea Associati with the collaborative purpose of Construindo Juntas.
