We deal with architectural and urban design, interior design, and applied research, with an interdisciplinary approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and attention to the cultural context. To expand our team, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator.
Role Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM processes within the firm’s projects, ensuring an efficient workflow that complies with corporate and regulatory standards.
Main responsibilities
● Coordinate the implementation and management of BIM methodology in the firm’s projects.
● Support the design team in modeling and BIM workflow development.
● Ensure implementation of firm BIM standards and interoperability between software (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.).
● Create and update BIM templates, libraries, and families to optimize processes for design.
● Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to coordinate interdisciplinary.
● Manage model quality verification and clash identification through clash detection.
● Provide internal training support on BIM best practices.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil or Construction Engineering.
● At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in architectural firms.
● Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and tools for
parametric modeling.
● Familiarity with clash detection processes and federated model management.
● Excellent understanding of BIM standards and data exchange protocols (IFC,
COBie).
● Problem-solving skills, time management, ability to manage workflows within projects.
● Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
Selected candidates must have a VAT number for the management of future professional assignments.
The annual salary will be in line with the position, experience, and technical skills assessed during the application process.
