On June 27, Archea Associati’s BIM Department held a presentation dedicated to Building Information Modeling (BIM) at the University of Florence’s Master BIM program. The meeting was part of a path of sharing and discussion with the academic world, aimed at exploring the potential of an integrated and digital approach to architectural design.
During the presentation, aimed at master’s students, the Archea team illustrated tools, workflows and strategies adopted within the firm to address design complexity in a collaborative and coordinated way. Particular attention was given to data organization, information modeling, and process management throughout the entire life cycle of the work, highlighting the central role of BIM in facilitating communication between the different professionals involved.
The initiative continues the cycle of meetings initiated by Archea Associati with various Italian universities, with the aim of strengthening the dialogue between education and the profession and enhancing the digital evolution of the project as a strategic resource for contemporary architecture.
