Archea Associati is an international architecture firm with headquarters in Florence and offices in various cities around the world. We deal with architectural and urban design, interior design, and applied research, with an interdisciplinary approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and attention to the cultural context. To expand our team, we are looking for a BIM Specialist.

Responsibilities

● Create, manage and maintain accurate and complete BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and advanced modeling tools.
● Support design teams in developing digital models for various project stages (concept, design, execution, etc.).
● Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to implement company standards and BIM best practices, contributing to continuous process improvement.
● Check and manage clash detection to ensure error-free integration between various design models (architecture, structures, facilities).
● Develop and optimize BIM libraries and Revit families specific to our firm and ongoing projects.
● Provide technical support to colleagues and external teams, ensuring training and updates on new BIM technologies and methodologies.
● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model consistency and effective information management.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering or related.
● At least 3 years’ experience in similar role with solid knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling software (especially Autodesk Revit).
● Advanced knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and federated model management.
● Experience in managing BIM libraries and families and creating custom templates.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong results orientation.
● Knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

Selected candidates must have a VAT number for the management of future professional assignments.
The annual salary will be in line with the position, experience, and technical skills assessed during the application process.
