On May 23, architect Marco Casamonti will be among the protagonists of the conference “Lo spazio multiforme. I percorsi indisciplinati della Decorazione,” hosted in the Sala Pretoni of the Accademia di Belle Arti of Florence.
In his talk entitled “Tribute. Architecture as a Form of Dialogue,” from the international exhibition first presented in Paris on Nov. 8, 2024, Casamonti will explore the role of architecture as a practice capable of generating relationships between space, memory and visual languages. The contribution is part of a larger program devoted to decoration as an interdisciplinary practice and its relationship to the environment, teaching and artistic research.
