Archea Associati is an international architecture firm with headquarters in Florence and offices in various cities around the world. We deal with architectural and urban design, interior design, and applied research, with an interdisciplinary approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and attention to the cultural context. To expand our team, we are looking for a Surveyor.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for providing strategic analysis, structured data, and forecasting models to support business and design decisions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in one of the Big Four (Deloitte, KPMG, McKinsey, PwC) and be highly skilled in strategic planning, financial analysis, and visual representation of complex data.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and monitoring of company KPIs and operational processes.
• Development of financial models, forecasts, and reports for strategic planning.
• Creation of business cases, feasibility analyses, and support in defining development strategies.
• Presentation of analyses and projects using advanced visualization and reporting tools.
• Collaboration with internal and external teams to optimize administrative and accounting processes.
• Support to General Management in the preparation of reports and presentations for founding partners and high-profile clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related subjects.
• 1-2 years of experience in strategic consulting or financial analysis, preferably in one of the Big Four.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex models and data analysis.
• Proficiency with analysis and presentation tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced PowerPoint, and others).
• Knowledge of accounting and administration, with the ability to interface with financial teams.
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and data visualization skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Flexibility, problem solving, and ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Desired skills

• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Passion for architecture and design, with a strategic vision of the sector.

Selected candidates must have a VAT number for the management of future professional assignments.
The annual salary will be in line with the position, experience, and technical skills assessed during the application process.
