Archea Associati is an international architecture firm with headquarters in Florence and offices in various cities around the world. We deal with architectural and urban design, interior design, and applied research, with an interdisciplinary approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and attention to the cultural context. To expand our team, we are looking for a Surveyor.
Responsibilities
• Participating in the design and development of architectural projects on various scales, including design projects
urban design projects, public buildings and housing estates.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, project managers and consultants, to ensure the
success of projects.
• Effectively manage project schedules, budgets and resources while maintaining high quality standards in design
and construction.
• Keep abreast of architectural trends, building materials and sustainable practices, applying this knowledge in their work.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• At least 3/5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in
international projects.
• Proficiency in the use of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong portfolio
that demonstrates your design and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Languages required: Italian and English. Additional languages are considered a plus (French, Chinese, Arabic).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for innovative design and commitment to sustainability in architecture.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Availability for national and international business travel.
Selected candidates must have a VAT number for the management of future professional assignments.
The annual salary will be in line with the position, experience, and technical skills assessed during the application process.
