Position Description

As an IT Junior at Archea Associati, you will be involved in 1st level Help Desk activities and will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of 250 people.

Responsibilities

• 1st level Help Desk.
• Workstation installation and maintenance (PDL).
• Mobile phone installation and management.
• Hardware component installation and maintenance.
• Software installation and maintenance for local network devices.
• Network device installation, maintenance, and management.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science.
• 3-6 months of experience in a HelpDesk or Junior System Administrator role.
• Familiarity with the main operating systems (Linux, Windows, Apple, Android).
• Basic knowledge of the main office automation tools, Microsoft Office365, Google Workspace, etc.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours.
• Knowledge of English.
• Driver’s license.
